2005 ultra . Came home from a nice ride across Hwy 2 last week parked the bike in the garage . Wife comes in and asked me why my lights were on ! Went out found the lights on with ignition in off position Not locked position . Battery was about drained , turned the ignition and back off lights still on switched a couple more times and back to normal. Do you guys think the ignition is going bad internally or needs cleaning or what ? Anybody else have this happen to them? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wtf.gif)

The ignition/Light switch on my old Deuce went south on me. I ended up having to replace it. Not that hard. When I took it apart the piece of metal, that makes contact with the switch, was black and corroded. You can try WD-40 or some other degreaser to maybe get the gunk out. Maybe it's just dirty. If you have to remove the switch here are the instructions.

These are from the '06 manual but you can apply it to your bike too:
