Never felt real comfortable on my Glide and have been looking at getting a new seat. Looked at a lot of models and manufacturers but the thought of spending a boat load of money and not knowing if it would work kept me from pulling the trigger. Found this place. Went there yesterday and they custom fit the seat to me and Susan. The work and results were awesome. They completely re-sculpted the seat (lowered and narrowed) along with inserting gel pads for rider and passenger. I now feel as comfortable with the position as I did on my Deuce. The price ended up being about the same as a new seat. (IMG:http://www.harleyshoptalk.net/forums/style_emoticons/default/beerbang1.gif)

Glad that worked out for you. Bike seats are kind of funny. What suits one person fine is horrible for someone else. Sometimes hard to find what is right for each person.

What type of business was it Oak? Bike shop? upholstery shop? I am happy with my seat but the wifes end of the bike could stand some upgrades for comfort.

The place only does motorcycle seats. They get a lot of business from local dealers and indy shops.

www.bsseats.com

You can also ship to them and they can set it up and/or add the gel pad in the seat.
