You just have to buy the kit and swap out the hardware...

To the best of my knowledge that's it....

If it is anymore than that I'm sure someone will chime in and explain in more detail....

The only real trouble is that you will be out several hundred bucks and you wont be able to carry a 30 pack and a largefuckenpizza home anymore... but damm it looks cool!

Probably but wanted the full tour options too. Did, and still do, most riding solo. Pop the tour pac off and there you go. Had the electronic antenna under the faring. But when Cherri's along or we took a trip, tour pac on. But riding a RK now for a few years.
