I recently bought a 99 soft ail it had no fenders on it, being my first soft ail, i didn't notice that the ears that were supposed to be sticking up off the frame were missing...I have a fatboy rear fender that i am trying to mount and put a 2up seat on but there is nothing to mount to..i looked into fender struts but only find the covers that are supposed to go over those "missing ears" what can i do?Attached File  fenderstrut.jpg ( 223.47k ) Number of downloads: 0

Need struts and those pieces that go inside the fender; wire support plate, fender mounting brackets. The strut should just fasten to the tabs protruding from your frame. If the tabs on your frame are wrong? Nothing a welder can't fix. Good luck. And welcome.

Ride safe
