If this has been addressed before I apologize. My 2002 Heritage Springer has farely poor lighting stock. It has the passing lamps as well as the standard headlamp. What replacement bulbs would do best for replacements?

H4 for headlight. You can get 90 watt in that bulb. If you do that get a porcelain connector as the 90 gets pretty hot and will melt the rubber connector. Get H1 bulbs for passing lamps. You can get those with the adapters already attached. Amazon has all the parts pretty reasonable.

I put the Harley Daymakers Headlight/Passing Lamps on my 03 and the difference is night and day...

It's more pricey than what Sammy mentioned above but they're well worth the coin... IMO

You mean daymakers? They're a Harley OEM part. Ours was a drop in. Some installations may require small mods.
