OK ... I think I have a game plan in place to make this happen...

But, I need confirmation on who is coming to solidify the initial plan.

Please let me know if the following is correct:

Night Rider 2 CONFIRMED

Big Ty 2

SeaHag 2

Loud n Proud 2

Zip 2

Spurrs 1

FQOWI & T14B 2

HDMark 2

BlackCloud & Silverlining 2

Bamsambo 1

Estaban_Cee 1

92flstf 1

Sick Puppy 1

Adli 2

As far as lodging ... everyone will be in for $75 each for the entire time. (* this does not include food or Tecate *) (* well, just some Tecate ... *)

Between our house, second floor of our garage, an empty basement unit in our duplex (20 minutes away), and renting my next door neighbor's house everyone will have a place to sleep.

As far as "place to sleep". We are not running a fancy Super 8 ... so, plan on the following:

Single beds, air mattresses, couches, carpeted floor for pretty much everyone. And everyone needs to bring their own towel for showering. And yes, showering is required.

Please send an e-mail to me at mstephens@abdata.com with your non-HST names, cell number, and e-mail address for the spreadsheet.

I make ZERO promises for those extra peeps that show up as far as facilities for showering ...

So, please let me know who is now in.

And with the lowering of lodging for everyone ... might as well get the HD 110th tickets. I will alter daily agenda to include those events as well.

SEND ME AN E-MAIL AND I WILL CONSIDER YOU CONFIRMED (IMG:http://www.harleyshoptalk.net/forums/style_emoticons/default/headbang.gif) (IMG:http://www.harleyshoptalk.net/forums/style_emoticons/default/beerbang1.gif) (IMG:http://www.harleyshoptalk.net/forums/style_emoticons/default/bike.gif)

Considering we are putting up a 3 thousand dollar fence this year I'll say please put us in the can't attend category. Sorry Mike. :/

Home ownership is great...and sucks at the same time.

Hey Mark, are you still burning a chunk of vacation out in the black hills in July? I was denied vacation for that but Sara and I are still going to try to make a three day weekend out of it running out Thursday, riding the hills with the group Friday (Sara's never been to the Black Hills) and unfortunately heading back Saturday. I just bought an inflatable queen air mattress, so just save us a corner out of traffic please. (IMG:http://www.harleyshoptalk.net/forums/style_emoticons/default/bike.gif)

Sara and I are planning to purchase our rally passes this evening. I knew better than to request vacation for your rally, so management will be more likely to believe I'm "sick" when I call in absent Saturday. Likewise, we will be running over to Milwaukee Thursday morning when I get off work as that is the start of my regular work weekend now....I was recently bumped out of Sat/Sun again for seniority...but Thurs/Fri actually works quite nicely.

Too bad you got bumped Clay. Can't count the number of times that happened to my old man (railroad).

I don't know what all it is yet Tom.

We ordered tickets MONTHS ago. Got a receipt from Ticket Master. "T" says they're supposed to arrive in the mail. Not panicked yet because it's possible all the crap is not lined up yet. IDK. Makes me wonder though.

Anyone who ordered have their stuff in the mail?

Clay not doing the July trip either, taking a extra week in California to spend with grandson and son. Gonna sacrifice bike trips for them 2 this year.

The weekend is 8/31 and 9/1, Sean. The 110th is a Labor Day thing. Damned if I can remember or point you to a thread indicating "Mike's" days etc.
Lots of IFs here but...

IF we're still in town... AND
IF you cannot make the entire rally... OR
IF you can make the entire rally...

you're sure welcome to come for an overnight at our place. I am encouraging anyone who wants to use my place as a lay over on the way to WI. to stop by. We'r about 4 hours (hammer down), more like 6 hours the better ride way.

Events listed here!
