The pictured Kuryakyn rear light assembly is, without doubt, the biggest POS ever.Attached File  IMG_0204.JPG ( 116.08k ) Number of downloads: 0

I believe I've bought between 4 and 6 replacement lenses at ablut $60 a pop. The "tabs" to keep the thing installed break, pretty much every time I touch them.

When he was a baby I washed my kids face with more pressure. It would take way more pressure to break a toothpick than these things. I work ever so slowly with a micro fiber cloth and detailer trying NOT to break the son of a bitch. No joy!

Love the style. Anyone know of a better solution? I HATE the stock look!

Thanks in advance... and OH by the way. FUCK KURYAKYN!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just glue the tab back on with some gorilla glue two part epoxy the one that comes in the syringe.....

That's some good shit and it's clear....

If it's a clean break it should do the trick....

Sorry, that's just my Mexican Ingenuity but I'll bet it'd work....

Wally World sells that stuff for under 5 bucks....

Oh, should have mentioned, they've been glued. When a bulb fails that pretty much the end of that shit.

For the record,if one does remove a lens for bulb replacement, IT WILL BREAK THE TABS!

I've never got glue to hold a tab on when you try and replace it. I just glue 'em in place. I guess that's probably in the Kuryakin user manual. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/whistling.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/hysterical.gif)

I have the same lens covers; but because I'm running LED's, I've never needed to replace the bulb...and thus have never had the tabs break on my blinkers.
