I have 4 inch pull back risers and have yet to come across a bike that has ape hangers with pull back risers. Not sure how it would look or how the bike would handle? Anyone have pictures and opinions on this?

Thanks

But why? Can you imagine trying to maneuver that thing in a parking lot?

I would not know the direct answer to your question.

These guys http://www.wild1inc.com/ have a handlbars 101 section (not that you need that) but they have a wide selection of bars. Maybe you can find your answer.

Can't really tell from that picture if they are pull back risers but I am not going that big for sure.
Going to check that link out now.

Pull back risers Handle bars are ideal product for those riders that prefer an upright riding position like me. The seating position is prefect now, It is a good option for riders with a short reach also.
