Annual Mountain Run Sept 15 thru 18 2011!!
Kickstands up @ 8:00am Jimmys A/S Linden Thursday 9/15/11 to Murphy N.C. Going to tour the worlds largest Ten commandments. Google Field of the woods for more info. Oh Yea We are dinning @ShoeBooties in Murphy. About 300 EZ miles!!

Fri Sept 16 Leaving Murphy headed East toward blowing Rock, Boone N.C. Mnt. City then going west maybe Johnson City? So the crew leaving parsons on Friday can catch up with us on Friday night. We will ride part of the snake on this day. Alot of Great roads in that area. See Jimmy T or Gary for info on the Friday departure. Good Day of riding!! In no hurray to be nowhere.!! Remember it can be COLD.

Sat 17 We are going to play on the SNAKE!!! 3 mnts 1 valley 489 turns!! Way more forgiving than the Dragon. Beautiful overlooks!! Be sure to take a camera!!!Plan is to go to Damascus Va. then end up in Pigeon Forge. This will be a GREAT Fun DAY!!

Sunday 18th Headed home!! undecided on which way to go. Spencer Mnt. Where we looked like a bunch of fruitloops with all the different color raingear!!LOL Rough guy BOB didn't need any sissy raingear& Caught a bad cold the next day! If you go you will hear the story!! or Go back over Mnt Eagle? We will see how everyone and the weather is doing by then. Remember Saftey FIRST!! Looking foward to this trip. anybody want to go just tell me where to stop by. usually about 10 bikes make that trip . Fred we thought about going thru reliance. but not your driveway!!HA!!

That is a good weekend to get out of your neck of the woods with the Trail of Tears coming through. We try to avoid riding anywhere in our town between around 1100-1300 as the Alabama group follows the original trail over to Cherokee. Have fun on the ride. Maybe we will make it up to Linden one of these weekends. We will call first.

I hope so Earline. Maybe we can meet up somewhere ? I have not rode as much this year as in the past. We have moved up our ride a couple weeks. Should be cooling off a bit by then I hope.

I'll see about making part of the ride Jimmy, but I doubt I can do anything overnight.

It's always cool in the mountains over there. Even though it's been getting back up into the 100s over the hill in the valley, It's still nice here.
