Didn't know you could "re-dye" leather. Most leather is drum dyed while in the full skin. I guess you'll have to rely on Doc Bailey's or some such product. I guess...

don't know of any shops that do large items like that Joey; but I've successfully redyed my leather boots several times with Kiwi leather dye. It doesn't streak and applies easily if you want to try it.

Mine got torn up crawling into an upside down pick up. First on the scene. Had mine redone at a local shoe repair place. It was done about a year ago. Some of the "gouges" in the leather from brush and other crap are starting to show up again.

Not sure there is a perfect answer but it did help the jacket a lot.
