Unless the bike has an aftermarket exhaust that doesn't go right over it....

What I figured. The o-ring on the clutch cable is passing by. Oil seeping down the cable where it connects to the transmission side cover. In order to replace it I have to pull the cable which entails removing the side cover. To remove it I have to remove the forward exhaust and, because it's connected with a crossover, the rear exhaust. What a pain in the ass....

Never mind....

Just looked at the bike and Rhineharts don't have a cross over. All allen head bolts are exposed except for the bottom two. Easier to pull the front exhaust and put back on with new crush gasket...

that's the answer......while you're in there be sure that the regulator ground coming out of that cable sheath is on there solid.....
