There is this rattling noise coming from what seems like the primary. I checked the chain adjustment. The primary oil. Nothing out of the normal. The noise sounds like the chain is slapping on the sides. This happens when i let off the gas. W.t.f.? Please help

I'm only wild ass guessing, but it sounds like your primary chain has slack in it, the tensioner could either be worn or need replaced.

does that model have the plastic guide for the primary chain?




If that is the case ... did you consider replacing with a gear to gear replacement?

Yep i checked the chain and it has 1/2 inch slack.
