Jimmy-
I think I didn't notice the hard bags because I was focused on the seat rail.
It looks like the tour pack mounted over the Motherwell fender rail. Nice not having to remove it. I wish someone would come up with an adjustable sliding tour-pak bracket. Maybe something like a drawer bracket that would allow it to slide from 2 up to solo with just a cotter pin lock.
I'd like also to find a back cushion for my seat rail. Have you seen any that works? Preferably with matching black pearl studs.

adjustable tourpak rack would be the bomb. The mount i sent Ty will not work with the seat rail. I have not seen a seat rail pad for this rail.

I found (E bay) a 2 up Mount PLUS all the docking hardware.
$250 , didnt come with a shirt though....
